9:00 am: Live radio broadcast begins / DJ begins
9:30 am: KCBS Meat inspections begin
10:00 am: Kids jumpy inflatables begin / car show
11:30 am: BBQ family feed & ice cream begins: $5/plate, children 6 and under FREE
12:30 pm: Backyard Division chicken turn-in / Judging
1:00 pm: Backyard Division pork rib turn-in / Judging
1:30 pm: BBQ family feed ends / DJ ends / Live radio broadcast
2:00 pm: Backyard Division pork turn-in / Judging
2:30 pm: Kids jumpy inflatable’s end / Car show ends
3:00 pm: Backyard Division Winners Announced (East lawn)
4:00 pm: Backyard teams cleared from the lot / Additional KCBS teams start to arrive / meat inspections
7:00 pm: KCBS Cooks meeting (Ballroom A)
